Terms of service.

By creating an account or using Mapseen (the “Service”), you agree to these terms with the operator of Mapseen (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised use you fail to report promptly.

You may not use the Service to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, (d) misuse third party APIs we connect to, or (e) send unsolicited communications.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

Mapseen connects to Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Places, OpenAI, Serper, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms. You may close your account any time. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in app at least 14 days in advance.
